• the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times;
• the Services will always be secure, timely, or available without disruption;
• the results obtained from use of the Services will be accurate or complete; or
• any technical issues or defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

You acknowledge that the use of the Platform and Services depends on various external factors, including internet connectivity and third-party service providers, and that occasional interruptions or limitations may occur.

Ramio provides a technology-enabled platform that enables Merchants to create, manage, and operate their online stores and to facilitate interactions with End Customers. Ramio’s role is limited to providing the underlying infrastructure, tools, and functionalities that support such activities.

Merchants are solely responsible for all products, services, content, and information made available through their respective storefronts, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, representations, and fulfilment of orders.

Ramio does not own, control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any products, services, content, or information provided by Merchants through the Platform. All such offerings are created, managed, and provided independently by the respective Merchants. While Ramio may implement reasonable measures and adopt industry-standard practices to maintain the integrity and functioning of the Platform, it does not independently verify or continuously monitor all Merchant content or activities.

Accordingly, Ramio does not make any representations or warranties in relation to:

• the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any products or services offered by Merchants;
• the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of product listings, descriptions, pricing, or other content provided by Merchants; or
• the ability of Merchants to fulfil orders, complete transactions, or comply with applicable laws.

You acknowledge that any interaction, transaction, or engagement with a Merchant through the Platform is undertaken at your discretion and risk. To the extent permitted under applicable law, Ramio shall not be responsible or liable for any acts, omissions, or conduct of Merchants, or for any consequences arising from reliance on Merchant content or transactions carried out through the Platform.

The Platform enables interactions and transactions between Merchants and End Customers. All such transactions, including the purchase and sale of products or services, are undertaken directly between the respective Merchant and the End Customer.

Ramio is not a party to such transactions and does not act as a buyer, seller, reseller, or agent in relation to any product or service offered by a Merchant. Ramio does not assume responsibility for the execution, completion, or performance of any transaction carried out through the Platform.

Accordingly, Ramio does not make any representations or warranties in relation to:

• the fulfilment, delivery, or availability of products or services;
• returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges; or
• any disputes arising between Merchants and End Customers.

While Ramio may provide certain tools, support mechanisms, or facilitation features through the Platform, such involvement is limited to enabling the transaction process and does not create any obligation or liability on the part of Ramio in respect of the underlying transaction.

You acknowledge that any transaction entered into through the Platform is at your discretion and risk, and any claims, disputes, or issues arising therefrom shall be addressed directly between the relevant parties.

The Platform may integrate with or enable access to third-party services, including but not limited to payment gateways, logistics providers, hosting services, analytics tools, and other external service providers (“Third-Party Services”).

Such Third-Party Services are provided and operated independently by their respective providers. Ramio does not own, control, or assume responsibility for the availability, performance, security, or reliability of such services.

In particular, payments in connection with the Platform are processed through authorised third-party payment service providers. Ramio facilitates integration with such providers but does not itself process, authorise, or settle payments, nor does it store sensitive financial credentials such as card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs.

While Ramio may provide tools, integrations, or transaction-related information to support the use of Third-Party Services, such information is dependent on inputs received from such providers and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies beyond Ramio’s control.

Accordingly, Ramio does not make any representations or warranties in relation to:

• the functionality, uptime, or performance of Third-Party Services;
• the successful processing, authorisation, or settlement of payments;
• delays, failures, or errors arising from such services; or
• the manner in which such third parties collect, use, or process data.

Your use of Third-Party Services is subject to the respective terms and policies of such providers. You acknowledge that any reliance on or use of such services is at your discretion, and Ramio shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or issue arising from such use.

The Platform may enable Merchants to offer products through print-on-demand or similar fulfilment models, which may involve third-party manufacturers, suppliers, or logistics providers.

Such products are produced, handled, and delivered by independent third-party service providers engaged by or on behalf of the Merchant. Ramio’s role is limited to providing the technological interface that enables such offerings and does not extend to the manufacture, quality control, storage, or delivery of such products.

While Ramio may facilitate integrations or workflows relating to fulfilment, it does not make any representations or warranties in relation to:

• the quality, safety, or suitability of products;
• manufacturing standards, materials used, or product specifications;
• timelines for production, dispatch, or delivery; or
• damage, defects, or loss occurring during production or transit.

You acknowledge that all obligations relating to product quality, fulfilment, delivery, returns, and customer support in respect of such products rest solely with the relevant Merchant and/or the third-party fulfilment provider.

To the extent permitted under applicable law, Ramio shall not be responsible or liable for any claims, losses, or issues arising out of or in connection with print-on-demand or fulfilment services facilitated through the Platform.

Ramio takes the security of the Platform and the protection of Personal Data seriously and implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards, in line with generally accepted industry practices, to help maintain the integrity and security of the Services.

The security of your data also depends on factors outside Ramio’s control, including the security of your devices, networks, and third-party service providers. We encourage you to take appropriate steps to protect your own information, including using secure networks and safeguarding your account credentials.

To the extent permitted under applicable law, Ramio shall not be responsible for unauthorised access to, or loss, alteration, or misuse of data arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by Ramio.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Ramio shall not be responsible for any:

• actions, omissions, or conduct of Merchants, End Customers, or third parties;
• delays, failures, or disruptions in the Platform or Third-Party Services;
• inaccuracies or errors in content or information provided through the Platform; or
• issues arising from unauthorised access, security breaches, or technical failures beyond Ramio’s reasonable control.

To the extent permitted under applicable law, Ramio’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or Services shall be limited to the extent set out in the applicable Terms of Service, if any.

Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
