In the email body, please include the registered email address or username associated with your Ramio account. This helps us verify your identity and process your request accurately.

Wait for processing

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and begin the deletion process. You will receive a confirmation email within 7 working days once your account has been permanently deleted.

●Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon successful account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Profile information (name, email, username)
  • Account settings and preferences
  • Order history and transaction records
  • Product listings (if you are a seller)
  • Payment and payout information
  • Communication history with support
  • Analytics and usage data

Legal Retention Period

Certain data may be retained for legal compliance purposes, including: transaction records required under tax laws (for up to 8 years as per Indian Income Tax Act), fraud prevention logs, and unresolved dispute records. Such data will be anonymized where possible and will not be used for any operational purpose.

●Important Considerations

Permanent & Irreversible

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to:

  • All order history and receipts
  • Active subscriptions (no refunds for remaining period)
  • Digital product access and download links
  • Seller store and product listings
  • Pending payouts (if applicable, must be withdrawn before deletion)

Pending Obligations

If you have outstanding dues, unresolved chargebacks, pending disputes, or active subscription commitments, Ramio may delay account deletion until these obligations are settled. You will be notified of any such delay.

Right to Withdraw Request

You may withdraw your deletion request at any time before the processing is complete by sending an email to the same address with the subject "Withdraw Delete Request". Once deletion is confirmed via email, withdrawal is no longer possible.

●Verification Process

To protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests, Ramio will verify your identity using one or more of the following methods:

  • Matching the registered email address from which the request is sent
  • Requesting confirmation via a verification link sent to your registered email
  • Asking for additional account-specific information (e.g., last order ID, registered phone number)

If we cannot verify your identity, we will notify you and may request additional information. Unverified requests will be discarded after 30 days.

  • Access – Request a copy of your personal data
